Thank you for supporting our small business! We are happy to have you as a customer and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied! We will gladly accept returns for store credit or product exchanges within 15 days of item being delivered. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. If products are received incorrect or broken, please send us a message with a photo of the incorrect or broken item within 3 days of delivery. Please note, custom orders are non-refundable for all products.

To complete your return, please email misssuncreates@gmail.com with your reason for return. Please wait until your return has been approved with return address before you mail or drop off  the item back with us. Once approved, please print out your receipt and mail it along with the item(s) you wish to return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will either receive store credit or an item you wish to exchange for.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at misssuncreates@gmail.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
